N.S.O. 01:13
I don’t want to be numb I don’t want to be heartless I feel so jaded, man I can’t feel anything And I know just who’s to blame- Society I don’t want to be dumb I don’t want to be brainless I’m just so stupid, man I don’t know anything And you know just who’s to blame- Society I don’t want to be obedient I don’t want to be spineless I’m such a fucking tool I’ll do anything you say And I wouldn’t dare to blame- Society

Blackout 00:56
Wake up and go to work Lets me know what my life’s worth 300 bucks a week Just go home and go to sleep Every day’s the same, it’s a waste of time Blackout I think of the friends I’ve lost Mistakes I’ve made and the cost A life full of regret It ain’t even half over yet All I ever do is think It makes me sick, it makes me drink The only way to numb the pain Tomorrow it all starts again
3.
We Survive 01:26
We survive in our own basements and garages So don’t act like you’re doing some favor for me The punks started this scene from nothing. Don’t kid yourself We don’t need you, you need us ‘Cause even if the city shuts down house shows We’ll just buy a generator and we’ll play in the woods We got skate parks, record stores, and punk squats You say that your club has the draw but it’s our fans who pay at the door We may just be some dumb punk band With shitty gear, young rowdy fans But underground is where we thrive Go shut your doors and we’ll still survive Why do you exist, to help DIY or your own pocket? You charge 8 dollars at the door Treat local bands like your personal whores You think you’re in charge? Lets see how long you last when the music’s gone Go over charge someone else for a beer, ‘cause we ain’t gonna play again here So we hail, venues who actually care And treat our fans with some respect Not act like they pulled us out of the dreck ‘Cause we don’t need Your helping hands masking your greed Your big fancy stage just ain’t for us, shove your 8 dollar cover charge up your ass This song goes out to everyone who a venue’s taken advantage of They use you just to make a buck then treat you like some fucking jerk We don’t mean anything to them, we’re just some stupid musicians So tell us all about their kind, we’ll boycott them and we’ll still survive
4.
You tell me that punk is dead That won’t change what’s in my head The only thing I’ve ever known I don’t give a shit if I’m on my own And I still choose to fight You tell me that I can’t win That I’ll never change a thing “It’s a lost cause man it’s no use You’re too small you’re gonna lose” They may be big, I may be small That won’t slow me down at all You keep saying punk is dead That won’t change what’s in my head The only thing I’ve ever known I don’t give a fuck if I’m all alone
5.
It’s not surprising we turned out this way Reluctant to take responsibility For the way that we treat one another Going out mangling each other All products of the common greed Only concerned with our own needs With the ethics of living spreading thin Watch out kid the city’s caving in And you’ll be just another Philly hit-and-run They say that freedom isn’t free That we don’t deserve democracy So if the government does it, why shouldn’t we Trample everyone under your feet Only be in it for yourself Fuck the common man, up your personal wealth They can take our money but don’t offer help Just laugh as we destroy ourselves And that’s just another Philly hit-and-run Come on kid don’t sympathize. Brutalize. Capitalize. ‘Cause the easiest way to better your life Is to lie, cheat, steal, and victimize Run down anyone who’s in your way Leave ‘em dead in your wake But know there’s always someone with bigger wheels And soon you’ll know just how it feels To be just another Philly hit-and-run
6.
Pushed Aside 01:17
“Run it like a corporation” Tactics of government and education “Compromise integrity” But what becomes of you and me? The sacrificial lambs of profit Pushed aside and forgotten When greed becomes their only goal There’s no place left for us to go No place to go If they don’t make enough money They’ll just close down a library Or shut down after school programs The rich stay rich, the poor be damned Big salaries for those in charge While they fail the ones they serve Our ends should be a higher culture The means should raise up those who are poor Raise up the poor Let us not forget their purpose To educate and give us service In the things that will better our lives Not grind us down and victimize Not hang us out to fucking dry If profits aren’t on the rise We are one world we deserve more Build up our culture, Raise up our poor Raise up the poor
7.
I don’t vote ‘cause I don’t care About a system who’s morally bare Who’s politicians just want pay checks And rather rape than represent The people they’re sworn to protect We are all blind so raise the rent Your vote don’t count both sides the same Ruling a country is a corporate game Your only voice is the dollar you spend They give less to you, you give more to them Modern slavery is what it’s called They might as well pay us in food and oil
8.
Breakout 01:17
I want loose, I want free Tug at the chains that hold me Claw at the wall that I’m chained to I want out, how ‘bout you? Lets smash the chains that hold us down Sick of this life so lets break out
9.
Infestation 01:43
Fleas, mosquitos everywhere Sickness flying through the air Crawl around and spread disease Bring humanity to its knees No, Infestation Just hose ‘em down with stronger poison While we’re pumping out more children Them or us, one must go Population or pest control Oh, Infestation Let’s all go out and get the plague Let’s wipe out the human race You know that we’re the true disease Let’s bring this planet to its knees Go, Infestation
10.
Hatred bred by ignorance, anger clouds your commonsense You thing we should all speak english? Ideals of a fascist So proud to be American, you stomp on other’s freedoms And still you chant that white is right The louder you chant, the harder we fight White man’s gonna lose Nazi’s gonna lose I may be white but I don’t think like you The way you were raised is no excuse So hard you cling to tradition It’s not some game that you can win By hating those different from you You set yourself up to lose The world is changing, then we’ll see Who becomes the next minority Hate’s a ploy so you can’t see social inequalities Does it really matter what color we are when everyone’s so fucking poor The circle of hate must end, lines must be drawn, a show of hands Black, red, brown, yellow, and white against hate, UNITE

about

This is the "lost" and final album from Mindless Attack. It happened so long ago we can't quite remember when we actually recorded it. There's really no excuse as to why it wasn't released back then, I guess time is just funny like that. But we are extremely glad we get to finally share it with you. Enjoy.
